At The Perry Residences, we know pets are family, and we're happy to welcome your furry companions home!

Fees & Pet Rent:
$300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet.
$300 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet.
$25 monthly pet rent per pet.

Pet Limits:
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

Breed Guidelines:
For the comfort and safety of all residents, we do not allow aggressive breeds.
